What does Nedbank have a Complaints line?

I just spoke to Peter Mbele and explained to him that I applied for a PL but the amount on the contract and the amount paid out is different. And would like Nedbank to correct the amount as I am paying interest on an amount I did not recieve. Peter doesnt want to log my complaint and rather tells me to go and see a PL specialist at the branch. Why must I run up and down for Nedbanks Mistake.

Now I want someone with a mandate to look at it see the contract and fix it the amount I was suppose to get is not the amount that was transferred into my account. Also the interest rate now will be relooked at and I will not now be told "Unfortunately, we cannot negotiate interest rate as its Nedbank business rule" I will al;so lay a complaint within 15days at the NCA and Financial Ombud for thats statement.
