Unable to obtain a dereg cerificate for a vehicle because std bank have a problem with their procedures between the departments.the account has been paid up and they are the title holders on the natis but are not willing to dereg the certificate for the client. The client has not yet been paid by the insurance company because they are waiting for the original natis.this document is outstanding since March and Standard bank managers are in meetings all the time and not available. Natacia us waiting for her manager to decide and Mashudu who is the manager at head office customer service has not been available for the last 2 weeks that I have tried coalling her about this.the clients business is suffering because of these delays and std bank and their staff do not catre at all.
