STILL WAITING NATIS PAPERS A WHOLE YEAR LATER

I settled my vehicle finance last year November or December.

It is now more than a year later and I have not received my NATIS documents in spite of several telephonic requests to Standard Bank.

My Credit Bureau also reflects the account as open.

Furthermore, I recently discovered that they lost my PG Glass report for my windows, which I handed in before I took possession of the car, and the insurance I have been paying for since inception in March 2012 will not pay out because someone at Standard Bank failed to file the report and are now claiming it was never received.
