Natis certiicate

I requested a copy of Natis certificate from the bank hence they are the title holder of the vehicle i bought in june 2012 and they tell me they dont have the copy on their system nor the original. I need to take the car in police an they need the copy of the Natis certificate. i need the certiicate urgently.
