Experiencing High Volume of calls

Buyers Bank will only pay my share of vehicle sale when they receive original NATIS document. Finance settled by buyers bank on March 27 2013.
I can't get through the call centre.
They have installed a new system and according to sources and they cannot cope.
It is impossible to speak to anyone.
I have been waiting for 2 weeks now to get my money from the sale of my car but Mercedes WILL NOT ASSIST in getting the NATIS document sent to the dealership.
If I do get a snippet of information its "The Document has been requested" Or "THe document has been sent with a courier" All seem to be a bunch of
27 MARCH 2013 until 15 April 2013. Would you be happy waiting this long for a piece of paper?
I am disgusted.
I can't believe a brand of this stature and longevity can exude at such a critical time for a customer such nonchalant response and or complete disregard for my circumstances.
A week would have been acceptable. Two weeks beyond irritation and now at the start of the third week I don't know what to do.
I have left messages to be contacted. No response. The dealership doesn't get much assistance either.
