2008 my car was a write off I forgot the month and day, my insurance paid standard bank because it was finance.in 2012 when I went to licensing department to renew other vehicle only to find that vehicle was not deregistered and I cant dereg only the bank has to do it since they did not transfer it to my name, I went to my previous broker they contacted STD bank in May last yr, spoke to Marianna Vrey she advised that she cant trace the natis document but she will request the duplicate and forward it to us, up to date nothing has been done, the broker has spoken to different people, phoned different number s but still nothing. STANDARD BANK SERVICE IS PATHETIC, DISGUSTING, HORRIBLE.WE HAVE SENT EMAILS NO FEEDBACK. I WOULDNT ADVISE ANY CLIENT TO GET FINANCE WITH STANDARD BANK AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY CANT FIND ANY DETAILS OF MY DETAILS.
