NB: First Complaint:
13:14 Fri 22 Mar - Unlawful Debiting of Acocunt.
...It has been 3 weeks with getting the run around by the Complaint Resolution Centre. Only to be forwarded to another person now. My Questions & Queries were ignored, completely, & I mean completely...
This is what I have experienced first hand...
The Complaint Resolution Centre is not put in place to help, they simply stall or divert the process whilst apprearing to assist the customer. After all, they do work for the Bank right...
It is my recommendation to all customers/users, to know what your rights are, know what the bank is allowed to do & most importantly what they are not allowed to do & if you don't know... then ask the Ombudsman or a National Credit Regulator advisor.
I have now got the Ombudsman involved Including getting advice from the National Credit Regulator.
Standard Bank aren't interested in my problem... It is fast becoming a reality that the Customer / Consumer really can't do much about impropper Procedures, Problems & poor quality service, despite the farce of a Complaint Resolution Centre.
I AM COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED...!
