I was under debt review.
I, however, reached a settlement agreement my cheque account and paid the amount immediately and sent proof thereof.
I have proof of all the documentation.
The account should have been closed long ago already.
In the meantime it was again referred to two other attorneys.
The Complaint Resolution Centre opens my mails, but do not reply to me.
I demand this account to be closed and my credit record updated from date of payment at all the credit bureaux's. I also demand proof of this.
Otherwise I will take further steps against Standard Bank.
