Unlawful stoppage of Home Loan debit orode

I am very disappointed by JJ Dekker's response. This is a typical Standard Bank response which does not even attempt to resolve my complaint but refers to "ventilation by 3rd parties". Whatever that means! If at all JJ Dekker is heading Complaints Resolution Centre, surely he should realize that, as a customer, I am only interested in the resolution of my complaint. As things stand, my complain remains unresolved and I've to pay my HL monthly via internet banking. Standard Bank stopped my home loan monthly repayments and then turnaround to demand payments from me by calling me up to 10 times a day. They then use their financial resources to try to repossess my house to the High Court which I had to defend at great cost. They didn't stop there. They now want me to pay for the legal and related charges that were caused by their unlawful act of summarily stopping my HL debit order in the first place without my consent as an accountholder. To think that they can get away with this kind of despicable conduct is nothing but a symptom of a very sick corporate citizen. Is this the kind of reward I receive from Standard Bank for my 18 years loyalty (read interest and bank charges)?
