On 14 Jan my vehicle was involved in a collision. I duly reported the accident to Standard Bank Insurance. Have been insured with Standard Bank for many years and this is the worst claim experience I have ever experienced. In fact the worst service I have had from any supplier. My emails of complaint have been totally ignored. In desperation I emailed all the facts to Standard bank Customer Resolution Centre and all though I did get an email confirming receipt, they to have ignored my request investigate this complaint. All I require is for my complaint to be investigated and a report back be provided. IF YOU ARE BEING IGNORED WHAT MORE CAN YOU DO???
