Due to the incompetency of the standard bank call centre agents. my standard bank home loan account has now fallen in arrears by 3 months! with each attempt to find a resolution i have had a completely different story, nonetheless i follow the required process but to no avail i have tried over three times today alone to get this matter sorted out just to be told that i as a consumer have no idea what i am doing and to be told i should have known better! this is completely disgusting, i cannot believe that standard bank services has been lowered to such a level!
