The last thing you need when you have been in a serious accident is to be stressing about hospital bills! As Ive never claimed from Oneplan before I was expecting to have issues (as many people experience when dealing with insurance claims..) so it came as a pleasant surprise when I phoned the call centre to enquire about the claim only to find out that it has all ready been paid in full. The call centre staff have been friendly and helpful, the service from Oneplan has made a traumatic experience more bearable. Thank you
