Bad SERVICE, false advertising, no assistance

My card was cloned and all money drawn out on 27/03/2013. After reporting the STD bank said they would get back to me after 72 working hours. No contact from them as yet . todays date 10/04/2013. Debit orders bounced and no attempt from STD bank to assist. Every time I phone I have to hold on more than an hour to get to talk to somebody!! No toll free number it is a land line number 011-2274905.
