So much for being a prestige banker!!!

I went to south gate std bank. The branch closes at 7 they say. I went in and was told to go to the back section where I could have my previous savings account closed and have all my debit orders ported or linked to my cheque account. I waited for almost 30 minutes to be told why I do not call the prestige line as I could get assistance. So I went to increase my eft limit was advised that it is not done after hours as it needs audisa tigon which I understood, the woman who was supposed to assist me with the closing of my account was done so I went back for assistance, she asked me if I had not said I'd phone the prestige banking line, told her she can assist me since I'm at the branch, she only did one porting which was the std bankdebit order, the rest she told me its late it would take time and its almost 6 o'clock and she got on the phone calling whoever it was whom she was offering a lift. As I could see that she was not willing to help instead she had her personal issues to deal with I decided to leave only to Realize that all the staff were on the phone giggling I can only believe those were personal calls... why tell clients u offer services till 7 if ur employees don't want
