I have been a victim of a insurance company exploiting you with high pricing. In fact this is so ridiculous. I bought a new vehicle and 2 years later the premium has gone up. In 2010 I bought a new vehicle and paid - R560, which was a good price. Two years later the price increased to R700. The reason given was than they did not have an increase in 2 years. The consultant, Patience said that she would get back to me after inquiring with her manager. I am still waiting. I have been with Firstlink - 13 years. Decisions are taken and cant be justified. I sent a followup email, no response.
