Tried calling to change the vehicle on my current policy :
Call Centre Question: Have you had uniterrupted insurance for 7 years.
Me: No. I've had insurance on a vehicle with Outsurance for 5 years, then for 2 years again
Call Centre Operator: So you have had 7 years UNITERRUPTED insurance then.
Me: No, that's not what I said.
Call Centre Operator: Do you know what UNINTERRUPTED means?
It was at this point I blew a gasket. How can you let your staff be so utterly condescending???
No, doh - I'm a freaking - I don't know what the heck UNITERRUPTED means, deary. Where do they get these people???
And all I'm trying to do is get the F(*&%^$# vehicle changed on my existing policy and it turns into rocket science.
I DO NOT have patience with fools. Now they're too scared to speak to me? What type of business is this? Can their staff not understand basic English? 5 2 years insurance does not equal UNINTERRUPTED insurance!!! Especially if there is a gap inbetween.
