My premium with Dial direct was a bit high, but the company has a good report and response system in place which makes insurance easy. I was also 24 years old when I got the insurance making my risk profile quite high.
Now i have reached 25, the total re-sell value of my car has decreased (1 year older) and they went and increased my insurance premium. I have not claimed or added any extra features to my policy, and speaking to a consultant earlier they informed me that a mail has been sent out indicating my premium increase. But somehow this mail never got to me even though the details are correct in my profile. The excess amount is also still way too much for my policy. A quick search on [URL Removed] shows that I can easily pay R130 less a month for car insurance.
