What does it take to get a response from FNB Card

I hate having to resort to Hello Peter but I am hoping that this way maybe someone will reply to my emails. Today I threatened that if nobody responded to my email I would post thsi report so here goes maybe someone at FNB reads Hello Peter. I have sent probably 6-8 emails to FNB Card, 3-4 to my personal banker and at least 1 to FNB complaints over what is a very simple refund from Groupon which has not been passed to my account. My emails to FNB started on 7th March all i am looking for is a date when you promise it will be resolved and an apology for not answering my mails
