I ordered 2 items from Groupon, paying on my FNB Kulula card.
When the goods arrived, only one was delivered. Groupon ignored my emailed queries.
On 28th December I contacted Card Division via email, explained the situation and asked them to reverse the transaction. In reply I received an email thanking me for my query, and saying "Thank you for your email, we will revert to you within 48 hours (excl Weekends & Public Holidays)".
On 13th January I had heard nothing. I re-forwarded the email, and received the IDENTICAL response.
To date I have still had no response from the bank.
