Almost 2 Months - No Refund

It has been almost 2 months I still haven't received my money. When you call they promise to attend to your query and that will the last you hear from them. They NEVER respond to your emails and then wonder why we have to resort to Hello peter. I AM SO and I don't even want an apology now, I just want my money.
