I resigned at my old company and when I contacted Old Mutual Evergreen Claims department they assured me that I would be getting my money within 5 days.
Every time I call them and request a follow up I get told by end of next week you will get the money. Today I called them as I can see that the week is ending and they told me that the application is stuck in some admin department and they will escalate it and it will take another 24-72 hours.
I am sick and tired of being told different stories all the time by these people all I want is the truth. I've requested that they send me a statement showing how much they have taxed on my money and up until now I haven't received it.
