On 1st January 2013 Miway took R500.04 off my account for no reason at all. After over 30 min fighting on the phone with them and listening to there half decent excuses they promised me my money would be refunded to me on Monday 14th January 2013 (the 2 week delay again came with a long excuse). I am still waiting for my R500.04. I am starting to wonder if ill ever get my money. I have since cancelled my car insurance with them due to day time!!! Pity for them as they lost out on my NAVARA and A3 sportback.
