Shocking service

I went to FNB Eastrand mall to obtain a Bank Guaranteed Cheque for a vehicle I bought over the weekend. I have the consultant both my passport and driver's licence to confirm my identity, but only realised then that my drivers licence has expired yesterday. As a result of this, both she and her manager (who had a trainee badge on), refused to give me a bank guaranteed cheque. I told her about the seriousness of the matter, that I need to pay by today otherwise I will lose my deposit I paid already, but they were unwilling to help. I dont know where to go anymore - I also cannot do an EFT because Im waiting for my card to be activated from FNB!

Its quite ironic that FNB boast about "How can we help you"... the reality is they cant or simply dont want to. Im a platinum client but will now move all my accounts from FNB
