First National Bank
Unreturned driver's licence

I went to FNB on Thursday, 26 September. I gave the consultant assisting me my driver's licence as a way of determining my identity. When I left the bank I did not realise I had left my driver's licence behind. It only occured to me the following day when I realised it was not in my wallet.
The first place I went to was FNB, I spoke to the consultant I had seen. She briefly looked for it and told me she gave it to me.

I went back again and I was told I was going to be phoned once the license was found. I phoned them on saturday, 28 September again because I felt they did not take the issue seriously. However, Charlene, was extremely rude, her tone was very condescending. She asked me what I expected her to do if I can't recall the person who helped me, even though I was trying my best to explain to her wher the person sits. She told me they were extremely busy and they would call me back.

I told her I was waiting for this call since Friday, she disregarded anything I had to say and insisted I just give her my name and number. I aksed for the manager, she told me to give her my name and number and I will be phoned back. I am still awaiting that call!
