ABSA I Direct - Terrible service

Hi

I have been waiting now for 3 years for feedback from ABSA i direct regarding the payment of my excess.
The last 2 incidents where I was involved in an accident were the 3rd parties fault. I was promised by ABSA that I would be refunded the excess amount.3-4 years on and I am still waiting.

Don't waste your time insuring with them, total waste of time and money.
