3 weeks ago our broker submitted our claim (work equipment)
After 2 weeks our broker contacted Zurich to be told our claim was sent to the wrong department.
It has since been sent to the payment department where it is still sitting.
The manager has said if not paid by tomorrow she will hurray it
This service is absolutely disgusting. They dont seem to know there arm from there elbow
Especially since our broker advised them of the urgency seeing we are unable to work effectively
Our business is insured and we can't work and earn our bread and butter because for weeks we have been waiting for zurich to settle. And
I will discourage everybody i meet to stay far away from Zurich
They are quick to take my money via debit order but clearly dont care
