I have car insurance with Miway and have been happy with them so far, so now that I am looking for household insurance I phoned them for a quote. I phoned a week ago already and the two people who promised to call me back have still not done so. I thought I could get the quote straight away but there was some issue with my jewellery that needed to be "overridden by a supervisor" (whatever that means?!) and on both occasions the person promised to phone me back. I feel irritated that it is taking so much time just to get a quote (the first phone call was over 20 minutes long and with no result!) - why is it up to me to phone a 3rd time? Do you want my business or not?
