I am currently with Outsurance but decided to get a quote from MiWay to try to improve my premium.
I was unable to obtain a quote from the website because it kept displaying debug errors.
I then called the call centre, and had to give them my information 3 or 4 times because their systems kept crashing, and then after an hour on the phone to them, they had to ask to call me back today because their systems were totally unusable and kept crashing.
They then phone me back today and quote me THREE TIMES more than what I am currently paying at Outsurance.
MiWay is by far the worst insurance company in the entire country. They will waste your time and then try to rip you off on top of that. Avoid them at all costs!
