I have requested one of my credit providers to kindly stop debiting my bank account monthly as it makes no sense to sign up for help when there are garnishees going off my salary with that I go into Capitec with my proof which I requested a stop order and reverse my money, . the Manager of Capitec - Cresta says unfortunately they cannot assist they needed to call the credit provider first, which they tried and got no answer, later they say procedure has changed with the reversal of debit, which is bulldust because if I requested a business to debit my acc, I can request them to stop the debit as it is my money which I control and thought the purpose of a bank is too safe guard money, I need help on this one.
