Tried to withdraw R750 from ATM at Standard Bank-Balfour Park and was short- paid by R500. The security guard was witness to this. Had to wait 45min to see the Manager- Veronica, who tried to assist, but was informed that this will only take place in 4 days time.
Why should Standard Bank's inefficiency, be my problem??
Have any other clients experienced this incompetence??
It is my account, with my money and why do I have to wait 4 days for this to be solved??
