Lousy service/non payment from Discovery Insure

I have subscribed to an insurance policy with Discovery for the past ten years. In terms of the policy a payback was due on 1 April 2013. Despite phone calls to Discovery and contacting my insurance broker (Wayne Scrooby) Discovery have still not paid the refund.
