My husband arrived late at the check in counter for his flight. No one was available to check him in at the counter which made him even more late. When the lady finally arrived. I tried to explain to her that yes we were late and that having no one at the check in counter made us even more late.
Instead she turned around and started screaming at us about how we were late and that she was busy with other things that is why she was not available.
After much ado he finally boarded the flight.
She really needs to change her attitude as I don't think how she spoke to us was appropriate. I myself having been a manager in the retail industry for many years have not been SHOUTED DOWN at I'm not sure if she felt she was in her right to speak to us in that manner but I must say it was completely uncalled for and rude.
Unfortunately there is no other airline service in this small town, so are stuck having to us your airline.
