Unhappy with sms

Hallo WestBank

You sms me requesting insurance confirmation, as my car finance is with you for which, I am happy but you sms was very vague and the email you supplied doesn't work. Please email me or have someone phone in further so I do not waste time and money trying to do you work, I called the call centre for clarity on the sms when I asked call centre agent some basic questions she was clueless and could not assist me. I have emailed you confirmation letter from ABSA hoping this is in order and that you will confirm recite of letter.
