Thanks for emailing the reason for needing insurance confirmation letter I fully understand the need for this but WestBank/Hollard says if they do not have insurance confirmation from me it will affect my cover.
All I need if some one to email me that, the insurance confirmation letter I emailed has been received by you and all is in order.
