UNACCEPTABLE WAITING TIME

My car was driven into by a drunken driver whilst stationery in front of my place of employment. The incident occurred on the 16 th February 2013. I contacted Prime meridian immediately but I only got through to them after an hour due to being transferred by one person to the next and when I eventually got through to someone I was advised that the claims department did not work on a Saturday. This was very invonvenient for me at the time. It has been almost 2 months now and after regular follow ups myself, with the insurance company, my claim is still floating around and has not yet been resolved. Each time I follow up I am told that they have thousands of claims to attend to. This really is not my problem as I am set back now because I cannot purchase a new car until I receive a decision from the claims department. I will NEVER recommend Prime Meridian to anyone and in future I will make use of Outsurance as everyone I know experienced good service from them.
