After speaking Rumana from DMC he said my payment was allocated. Then this guy Godfrey shows up @ 7ock at my grandparents place again. Shouting and being very rude to them telling them that his not there to speak to them and when people don't pay their accounts they hide and all this stuff. He was very very rude to my grandparents and they are old already. I dont understand whats happening @ DMC. they give me bank account numbers as well and reference numbers and when i pay them then they don't capture the payment. on 2 occasions i made a R500 payment into their account. But still harassing me for payment. No one has allocated my payments i have been making. then they send someone to my previous address i no longer live there and i have updated my details. Im going to take this further. That guy Godfrey needs to go back to my grandparents and give them an apology. He has no right to be rude. you wont believe how much frustration i have. This is not the end of it im taking this further.
