My father, whom has no access to a telephone, wants to cancel his insurance with ABSA insurance. I got all the documents and details from him and proceeded to call them. After numerous calls I finally got through to their call center just to be told there is no way they will help me as only my father can cancel the insurance. I explained the situation to the person on the line but all he could tell me was "only your father can cancel". Really in this day and age? As a an ABSA customer I am truly disappointed in their service.
