Need information about my account

Need information about my account, my airtime runs down every time phone them, 'cause of holding the line and listening to the machine. Send them e-mails for asking them please let a Afrikaans consultant please phone my husband he does not understand english that good, and still no reponse, they not allowed to give me information. All we wants to know is whats going on in the account, they sending sms's for payment, but the amount is not the right amount, that's the reason for the querie, but no response, and in meantime the account is gonna get in arrears, cause of them not responding. Please see what u can do. Thank You Very much.
