Miriam Stilo at the Kovsie branch went the extra mile when I needed bank statements of my son who emigrated. Even though the statements was from the past few years, I was pleasantly surprised when I were greeted with Miriam's "no problem" & "can do" approach. And again when I received even the statements: she even thought of additional documents that SARS would request!
