Hello Peter, 2011 november I took a loan of 1300 from saml, then I started experiencing financial problems so my loan went into arrears. 2012 march a consultance from coombee and associate came to my work place I signed the ackowledge of debt as I knew that I have not been paying my loan. The outstanding debt on that paper was r4235.88 and the instalment of 749.2r will be debited every month from april 2012. The 1st debit order went oof april then May I realised that they have garnished my salary, but I just left it like that again since I didn't pay the whole amount which was stipulated on the acknowledgement of debt papers.
My problem is that they are uncontactable, the number they gave me its forever ringing but no answer, I ssent emails no response I even went to saml branch where I took the loan unfortunately they couldn't help me because they are also clueless on how to contact these people, what amazed me is that its saml who handed my loan to coombe but now they can't help me. According to my calculations I already paid r 8997.96 which is more than what the documents stated. I want coombe to cancel the garnish order and refund my money as soon as possible. Please help.
