INCORRECT BONDHOLDER'S CONSENT (TWICE)

I've requested a bondholder's consent on 4 February 2013 on behalf of my client for rezoning and consolidation of his property. I've explained exactly what the developer intends to do. Received a consent on 8 February 2013 but the information is incorrect. The consultant gave a consent for subdivision and consolidation! Don't they read the letters??? Sent several emails since no contact numbers are provided on the emails and customer care can't give me any numbers. Spoke to a customer care consultant on 4 April again and explained the situation. Received the same incorrect consent on 10 April again. Phoned customer care on 11 April to get the number of Lesley Hendricks but they don't have anything and can't assist me. Only says that I should send an email. No feedback on emails! Standard Bank provides the worst service of all the banks with regard to Bondholder consents! Lesley Hendricks, please phone me urgently!
