Standard bank still can't finalize documentation

I never ever thought that I will put an complaint on Hellopeter.com but realy enough is enough!!!
I got buyers for my house in April 2013. At the end of May 2013 everyone was ready to launch accept Standard bank bond attorneys. In June 2013 Standard bank could'nt find our Deed title documents. In middle August 2013 after another launch attempt Standard bank attorneys (F Salie) once again did not have all the correct paperwork and the launch was once again unsuccessful. On the 7th of September I eventually got hold of F Salie they said they still waiting for consent papers from Standard bank. I then phoned Standard bank and they replied that they sent it through on the 31 August 2013.This morning I phoned F Salie again and you wont believe their reply. "Mr Joubert we only received four consent papers, we are waiting for one more paper. I phoned Standard bank again they gave me a number of a person I could talk to, but if you dail that number you reach an automated switch board. It is at that point when I totally lost it. Each month I loose R4000.00 on bond repayments and still need to pay morgage fees. Till date I lost R26000.00 with all the interest. PLEASE HELP!!
