I have an overdraft with STD Bank and then this month they decided withoutmy consent that when my salary comes in they will just take half of it without my consent or even bothering to consult me. i have to go sit inside a branch to get clarity for over an hr then i was told that i need to email [Email Removed] which i did and i had to send them 3 emails just to get them to phone me back in a space of a week which they still didnt i then had to call them and go through those annoying voice prompts that waste airtime eventually i got someone who said the money must be refunded and i need to email [Email Removed] to deposit the money back. i also had to email them more than once just to get feedback. and when they did they said there is nothing they can do. THIS IS SO EVIL. HOW DO YOU TAKE SOMEONE'S SALARY LIKE THAT IN DECEMBER WHITHOUT EVEN CONSULTING WITH THEM. WHATEVER THE REASON. I NEVER WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS EVIL BANK THAT DOESNT CARE ABOUT ITS CLIENTS. AS LONG AS YOU PUTTING MONEY INTO THE BANK THEY HAPPY, BUT THEYMORE THAN HAPPY TO SCR3W YOU AND KICK YOU WHILE YOU ARE DOWN
