Home loan enquiries line 0860 111 007

I have been a customer of ABSA fo many years, however right now I wish I wasn't.
I have been on hold and waiting for my call to be answered for more than 30 minutes.
Let alone that, when I got through yesterday and the agent was just about to start helping me with the query the line cut off, I called back and spoke to numerous agents who couldn't help me.
Today i call the same line, and after being told yesterday that the agents working at this line would be able to help me, today I get given yet another number to call and am still on hold.
APPALLING!
