I went to the bank on Monday to request that you reverse a debit that went off my account but two day's later this has not happened. I really want to bring to your attention that you service are great however having to go into your branch is always a bad experience because your agenttake forever and for your query to be sorted you need to resort to this platform and only then you will receive proper feedback. Im really tired of dealing with you. Honestly
