I have had a very bad experience with FNB recently. For two months now my account has been debited an amount of R399.99 from an unknown source without my authority. I went to the branch to query this when it first happened, and I was told they don't know how it happened.

How can an account be debited without the account holder's authority? Meaning anything can happen and FNB will say they don't know. I am very much disappointed AGAIN as this has happened again yesterday, R399.99 was debited from my account. If this is not sorted out by end of business today and ensure that this never happens again, I will close my account with FNB.
