No progress report regarding my case

I was at an FNB branch ATM on the 22nd of Dec, I then reported the matter immediately and went into the bank to fill in the necessary forms on the 23rd. I was told it will take 21 days for the query to be sorted. I've only received one sms on the 2nd of Jan stating that my query has been captured and that was the last time I heard from the bank. I then called them last week and I was told my query with be sorted on the 30th of Jan and today when I called I was given another date.

Can you please advise as to when exactly will my query be sorted?
