Approxemetley December 2012 i reversed one of the debit orders that was deducted from my acc, According to some of your senior management there was debit orders send out to the clients informing them thst they need consent to debit accounts on the 14th WICH I NEVER RECEIVED, I took this up with the call centre where your staff spoke to me the client so bad that i could not believe this i received a phone call whereby the person wich i cant remember her name said to me that they have listend to the recording and found that this was the case i was also told that if a debit order is due on the 20th and the 20th falls on a weekend they will start debiting acc the friday. This is not my problem because this was never explaind to me and my contract says the 20th wether on a weekend or not strange enough they tried this again in february where they were unsucsesfull then when my salary was paid in the sunday they could take there money SO HOW DOES THIS WORK. In the mean time i get numerous phone calls at work and this is not right i will not pay that money because i wasnt at fault. I am also sending a copy of this to the People at the CPA and my lawyer now i had enough
