Debit order too early

I get paid on the 20th of every month, not a day earlier than the 20th. Whenever the 20th falls on a weekend my account gets debited with my instalment a day before. How the do you do business? Do you know what returned debit orders does to my Bank record? I don't think you know.

I require the Manager of the debit order department to contact me to have this rectified as you have messed up my entire record with my Bank!!!
