Bank manager and call centre wont respond

I have sent several emails to Mr Rogers and he does not reply. I have spoken to senior people at the call centre and they have emailed Mr Rogers. After no response I again called the call centre and ask for the regional Managers name. The call centre does not know who that is. They will find out and call me back. STILL WAITING.
